These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website, purchase process, support services, and interactions relating to Vyapar licenses purchased through an authorized Vyapar Elite Partner.
We act as an authorized distributor, not the creator or owner of Vyapar software. Our responsibilities include:
Assisting with plan selection
Processing license purchases
Providing onboarding and basic support
Facilitating renewals
We do not control Vyapar’s software development, pricing, updates, or internal policy decisions.
By using our website, WhatsApp, or purchase services, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions. If the customer disagrees, they should not proceed with the purchase.
Customers must verify the plan before paying.
Payments must be made only through authorized channels.
Transactions may be canceled if suspicious or incomplete.
Once a license is generated, the sale is considered final.
License keys are delivered digitally via WhatsApp, email, or SMS after successful payment.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate contact information.
Buying a license grants the customer the right to use the software within Vyapar’s terms. Ownership of:
Code
Design
Features
Updates
remains exclusively with the Vyapar parent company.
Customers agree to:
Not duplicate, resell, or misuse license keys
Not reverse engineer or tamper with the software
Use the software only for lawful business purposes
Maintain proper backup of their business data
Update their device OS as required for compatibility
Elite Partners provide:
Purchase assistance
Activation help
Basic onboarding
Training upon request
Not included in Elite Partner responsibility:
Fixing internal Vyapar bugs
Server or cloud-related issues
Advanced accounting or GST consulting
Data loss due to customer actions
Any future price changes implemented by Vyapar
The Vyapar Elite Partner is not liable for:
Loss of business data
Financial losses due to incorrect entries or user errors
Software bugs or system outages
Customer device issues (storage, OS failure, malware)
Changes made by Vyapar to features or pricing
Our total liability, if ever applicable, is limited strictly to the purchase amount paid to us.
We may suspend or discontinue service if:
The customer violates terms
The customer misbehaves with support staff
False or fraudulent information is provided
All disputes fall under Indian jurisdiction, and any legal matter will be handled in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka (or your preferred city—confirm to modify).
